Western Electric AT & T model 2500 DMG dated 1973. Very cool touch-tone, desk top telly. Features molded thermoplastic upper housing covering a steel chassis, with real bell ringers. This model was introduced in 1968 as the new and improved Touch-tone phone.
This looks and works wonderfully- condition is very nice. There are three small bruises along the bottom edge, these are Not visible unless you are looking for them. See photos- remember I am inches away taking these shots! These are made of Thermoset plastic very similar to Bakelite- designed to be Xtremely durable.
This phone is sturdy- weighing 4lbs packaged.
