We sold on ebay before opening our website, but the fees were enormous. In an effort to keep our prices reasonable we opened Gone Funky, where we can offer more personalized service and better pricing.
RETURNS: We do not offer an open return policy - due to the type items we sell. Clothing items can not be returned - please know your size before making any clothing purchases! We do stand behind EVERYTHING we sell, if an item is received damaged or you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us and we will work with you. In the event an item is received damaged or there is a problem, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your item. All returns must be authorized!!
Please Note: Larger (heavier) items ship FedEx, we do ask that you provide a day time address for signature confirmation. If using a work or business address, please provide the name of the business and a reachable phone number.
- We do not ship Parcel Post, only First Class, Priority or FedEx Ground.
- Items are shipped daily Monday-Friday, most items deliver in 3-5 business days.
- If you need expedited shipping please email us for a shipping quote.
- Items are packaged well and shipped with care for safe arrival.
- We are always happy to combine shipping for multiple items. You may create an invoice for multiple items and we will send an adjusted invoice or contact us with your zip code for adjusted costs.
- Due to delivery issues, we no longer ship parcels to Apartments.
